·        An entry for 3 of the following VOD, Patriots Pen, Teacher of the Year, or Scout of the Year for District Judging.

·        Purchase at least 500 Buddy Poppies. (Minimum order for All State Award is 500. Minimum order for All American is 5 Buddy Poppies per member.)

·        Donation to the Commander’s Special Project. (State Service Office, Via Department Headquarters)

·        Donation to National Veterans and Military Support Program. (Sent directly to National Headquarters.)

·        Donation to National Home for Children. (Via Department Headquarters.)

·        Participation in all areas of Community Service Reports. (Blue Report Card)

·        Active appointed Post Veterans Service Officer. (VSO)

·        Attendance at ALL District Meetings. (Commander, Sr. Vice or Jr. Vice)

·        Attend School of Instruction. (State or District) (Commander, Sr. Vice or Jr. Vice)

·        At least 1 Legislative report submitted.
